Leave the sewing machine behind for this intro workshop into the wonderful world of Hand Quilting

We will learn simple hand quilting methods, stitches and designs

This workshop focuses on the quilting step only - we’ll work on an already pieced ‘quilt sandwich’ to get our practice in

This is a lovely way to finish your quilts and can be quite relaxing & meditative

Includes your own Stitching Kit with all the supplies you’ll need for this workshop - that you get to keep

What to Bring: a lawn chair and a water bottle or coffee

we will find a spot with some shade & rain date will be rescheduled if necessary

The goal of this series is to have a fun, social in the community park with a group of sewists to learn and practice some useful, basic hand stitching skills!
