Polypropylene Interfacing

What is polypropylene?

Polypropylene is a fabric made from Thermoplastic polymers. It's breathable, has moisture-wicking properties, and is ideally used in sportswear and backpacks, tote bags, drinking straws, and mask filters.

As per The Public Health Agency of Canada's guidelines, it's highly recommended that your mask includes a removable filter or filter material made from polypropylene as one of its layers — filters add an extra layer of protection against COVID-19, trapping small infectious particles from coming into contact with your face.

Care instructions: Washable cold water only, and air dry. Do NOT put in dryer.
*No direct iron, as it will melt. Use a drop/pressing cloth between the iron and polypropylene and use your wool/silk or linen setting - no higher than 275 degrees.
