Half Square Triangle Workshop - November 27th

HSTs? Careful, they can be addictive!

Why so, you ask? Half square triangles are easy to make (though trimming can be tricky, but absolutely worth it in the end) and can be arranged in a variety of ways. There are so many variations and depending on the placement you can make surprise secondary blocks.

Join Anne for this fun workshop. The day will consist of a short introduction and the passing along of tips, playing with graph paper and coloured pencils, trying your hand at three different ways to make HSTs, and in the afternoon the chance to work on several blocks to make a table runner, or to use as a start of a quilt to be finished later.

No two projects will be the same - each one will be unique. And, you will walk away with the skills and knowledge (and a handy package that will include tips, patterns and HST examples) to take into future projects - how fun!
