You will learn to cut your fabric pieces with both a rotary cutter and scissors and to hand sew them together with accuracy. You will work with Squares, Rectangles, Half and Quarter Square Triangles to form a variety of patterns, and how to use sashing and borders to complete your Quilt top. There is also the option for you to enlarge your quilt by making more Blocks using add-on patterns you will be given in class. the next steps of assemby and finishing your Quilt will be discussed and demonstrated so you will have the knowledge to continue to completion.

"It is much simpler than it looks and math is not a problem! The peaceful act of hand stitching is making a comeback; it is a great way to de-stress and relax and it allows us a closer connection with the process, the fabric and the finished product - making it more enjoyable and joyful" Lucy Anne
